We all know the burst up in the npfl no fix date has been given for the start of a new season. the fans,players and coach are certainly not happy. the worst of it all is that no fans will be allowed the stadium s amid covid 19 rule restrictions.

This is the 50th Nigerian football league season and the 31th since the rebranding
Since they were no relegation.
TEAMS like Heartland,Wikki tourist,Adamawa united and Jigawa golden stars,gets a second chance to taste top flight football.
Strong signing s from all npfl teams this new season although those signing s haven't been disclosed yet buh little info was gathered .
Team that should be watched closely this season are
Akwa united
they signed and change their backroom staff they have the best stadium in the league and their fans are increasing by the day i expect them to finish the season top 4
Enyimba
showed last weekend why they are the 8 times nigeria champion's by seeing off their opponent in the CAF champion's league moving into the next round they are also the only Nigerian team to win the competition twice making them gaints of the Nigerian league i strongly believe they will be league winners
Plateau united
are the new npfl fire force team coming from relegation to win the league in 2017 was fantastic a season their fans stood with them till the end after winning the league their fan base increased they upgraded their pitch and their team coach maikaba is one of the experience coaches and likely to take them to their recent glory although they were knocked out of the CAF champion's league they are still title contenders
Kano pilllars
Very good organised side with their pele everything seems easy for them they got good quality players with their foreign french coach they are likely to be title contenders after winning the league in three straight seasons they find it hard to regain their past form knick out of the CCF by As jaaraf a Senegal side they look ready to out that behind and entertain the 5000 fans
Enugu rangers
Very strong side to beat at home the cathedral were they bless and leave teams with nothing they are a big force we are looking forward to see a difficult season they will make life hard for teams
Rivers united
They overcome all odds to qualify for the next round of the CCF CUP now they will be looking to create awareness in the league they are a very dangerous side with high attacking forward.
Ifeanyiubah fc
The billionaire club owned by one of the richest men in Nigeria the anambra warriors have not yet put joy to the anambra fans face buh everybody are expecting a strong side although they always spend big during transfer windows by bringing in foreigners i expect them to finish sixth or seventh this season.
Lobi stars
They were once like enyimba dominating the league they lost a lot of their stars to foreign teams they are still deadly and a hard team to beat home and away they just lack a bit of a spark going forward i expect a mid table finish from them.
Mfm fc
Anoda side with billionaire owner the lagos team did a lot of signing both the back room staff where changed they play in the popular agege stadium i expect this season to be a quiet one for them bottom half will do
Sunshine stars
Owned by OSDFC top club thry dwell on past glory just like lobi stars due to departure of key players the club no longer stands firm buh this season will see them fight for the relegation spot no good addition was made
Warri wolves
They used to be a major force in the league before the unfortunate relagation that saw them lost all their top players to rivals buh they might be a hard nut to crack but i still see them as a buttom half side
Wikki tourist
Based in bauchi they got a good home ground and a huge fan base buh bad organization might seem to distrupt their season i expect them to be relagation battler s
Kwara united
With an experienced new gaffer imama amapakabo the coach seems to have a strong side with full backing from the management they side a lot and might be the season surprise they might just stun us i expect a happy season for them
Kastina united
Good squad buh i expect them to fight for relegation maybe they finish 15 or 16 this season not too many addition of top legs
Nassarawa united
Another relagation battler they moved up to the first division last season they played well buh not to well this season might just be too difficult for them i expect 18
Heartland
The Spartan s with past glory they haven't found form since the past three seasons they were almost relegated if not for covid 19 but the management did a really big work i dont see them fighting for safety this season
Jigawa golden stars
Relegation battler s they got to the first division for the first time last season they were in the drop zone they already took correction buh am still expecting to see them relegated 20 th bottom of the log
Dakkada
Well develop they are moving fast they already made top changes with new kits and well star players from the globe i see them going for the 7 th spot or even higher dangerous side. Will be tough to beat them at home
Abia warriors
Am expecting an entertaining derby game with enyimba they are a good side always trying to match up with their counterpart enyimba they have a good squad and a good pre season
