Gunmen suspected to be herders have assaulted Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom.
Delphnews Media assembled that the episode occurred on Saturday at Tyo Mu along Makurdi/Gboko street in Makurdi Local Government Area of the state.
Speaking to Writers, Ortom, who portrayed the shooters as 'herders', said around 15 of the aggressors followed him to the stream bank where he was walking.
